This is a racer’s mask of the gunye ge type. With its classic round eyes, it would be the most popular with collectors, and they don’t get much prettier or desirable than this one. Look at the elegant lines of the lips, nose and forehead... and the beautiful proportions. No damage and a good patina. It is from an old Los Angeles collection and was probably collected prior to 1970.
