In the popular Dance of the Mexicans, the dancers dress up in sombreros and charro clothes to make fun of their neighbors to the North. Led by a grandfather figure, they are supposed to be rich cowboys from the North who have big noses and can afford gold teeth. There is plenty of loud music and dances as if they were drunk at a Mexican fiesta.
