Devil mask

A classic Alpine devil mask that is much in the tradition of Austrian and Swiss folk art. It is large and comes on very strong. It was purchased at a California antique show more than 35 years ago, I was told. Though one of the horns has been broken and glued back, most of the original hair is still intact and there is practically no surface wear.
