Old European Folk mask Bavaria, Germany 13.5 inches, painted wood A very traditional European folk mask carved in wood, obviously by a skilled craftsman. Notice how he was able to capture the old man's expression. Most likely collected in late 19th or early 20th century in Bavaria.
