Early 20th century, from somewhere in the US, this well-worn old mask is sturdy enough to have been used for a play or for rental from a costume shop. Unfortunately we don’t know. If there was decent provenance it would be worth more. I looked over the newspaper covering the rear, but was unable to find anything relevant. Maybe you are better at detective work.
