The horned diety called Raksha Longo is a common character in Buddhist Ritual dances from the area. This is too small to wear and would be designed to hang in the home for spiritual protection... and for sale to tourists. Please note that it is crudely made, without any attempt at artificial aging. The long, sharp horns can be easily removed.
