 MASKS FROM AROUND THE WORLD

The Collection of Robert A. Ibold

Published by the Lancaster Museum of Art, 2002, Lancaster, PA, this is a 8.5 x 8.5 inch, perfect-bound catalog containing 52 pages and 125 full-color photos of masks from Africa, India, the Himalayas, Bali, the Orient, Oceania, North America, Mexico, the Caribbean, South America, and Europe. There is also a section on Party/Fantasy/Art and Protective masks, plus original articles on How to Start a Mask Collection and other subjects.

"The Lancaster Museum of Art received honorable mention in this year's American Association of Museums' design competition for the catalog we produced in conjunction with the Ibold mask show. The award is a real honor for us; it is national in scale and the competition was fierce." Cindi Morrison, Executive Director, Lancaster Museum of Art, 7-3-03
